Your purchase

Check the product, selected option, quantity, delivery address and total before paying. Prices are in USD unless a different currency is expressly displayed. Use the payment methods offered at checkout. Ask us before ordering if a description or availability notice is unclear. If an error prevents fulfilment, we will contact you to resolve it or return any payment for an order we cannot fulfil.

Delivery and returns

Worldwide standard shipping is free when cash merchandise is at least US$39.90 after applicable member discounts, one promo code and MP redemption; otherwise standard shipping is US$9.90. No additional tax is charged. Shipping and pure-MP reward items do not count toward free shipping. Fidget Monster bears international import duties, import VAT and customs-clearance fees. Accounts and rewards

Keep your account access details private and contact us if you suspect misuse. Monster Rewards Club eligibility, points and available rewards follow the rules published on the club page. Points are not money and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Refunds and cancellations may change qualifying balances.

Your rights and complaints

Follow the product instructions and warnings. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability where the law does not permit it. Contact our team with a problem so we can seek a resolution; your rights to complain to an authority or seek other lawful remedies remain available.
