Free standard shipping

Worldwide standard shipping is free when your cash merchandise total is at least US$39.90 after applicable member discounts, one promo code and MP redemption. Below US$39.90, standard shipping is US$9.90. No additional tax is charged. Shipping and pure-MP reward items do not count toward free shipping. Reducing your cash merchandise total with MP may remove free shipping; review the updated total before paying.

Available destinations and delivery services are shown at checkout. Below the threshold, review any service and charge offered before payment. If no suitable option is shown, contact service@fidgetmonster.com before paying.

Dispatch and arrival

In-stock orders normally dispatch within 48 hours. Backorders and pre-orders may take longer; check the product notice or ask us before ordering. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; destination, carrier and customs processing can affect the time.

Import charges are our responsibility

Fidget Monster is responsible for international import duties, import VAT and customs-clearance fees. You are not required to pay these charges separately. If a carrier asks for one of these payments, email us with your order number and the carrier’s request before making another payment, so we can resolve the charge.

Delivery problems

Check your delivery details carefully. If your parcel is late, damaged or missing, contact us with your order number. We will help resolve the issue; this policy does not remove your rights under applicable consumer law.
