Your membership level is based on qualifying spend from eligible purchases shipped in the past 12 months. MP is your separate rewards balance for redemption.

Each upgraded level has an 18-month membership period. Reach its retention spend target to start a new 18-month period. Your current level stays active during a 30-day grace period after expiry. If you have not met the target when grace ends, your level drops by one. Fuzzy Starter has no expiry or minimum retention spend.

Qualifying spend and MP are credited as eligible items ship. Shipping, tax, MP-paid value and reward-item value do not count toward qualifying spend or earn MP. Spending MP does not reduce your qualifying spend. Effective merchandise refunds reverse the original rewards and qualifying spend, and may change your level.

The order that starts an upgraded or retained membership period does not also count toward that new period’s retention target, including later shipments from the same order. Your current period keeps the rules recorded when it started.

Members at any level may qualify for purchase access or MP-only rewards. Each Member Shop item has its own minimum membership level, MP cost, availability and limits. Check the item’s requirements before redeeming.
