Sign in before checkout to receive the discount for your current level automatically on eligible full-price USD merchandise. Sale items, gift cards, excluded products, shipping and fees do not qualify. Discounts do not stack with coupon codes: an entered coupon takes precedence; remove it to restore your member discount. Points are earned on merchandise after discounts. Upgrades from a paid order apply to future purchases; refunds and annual downgrades may change your next discount.

Eligible paid orders in Processing or Completed status earn 10 points per $1 USD after discounts. We exclude tax, shipping, fees and gift-card purchases. Amounts are added by calendar year and rounded down to whole points (each $0.10 earns one point). Only purchases from the launch date count. Sign in before buying; guest orders must be linked to your account by our team. Orders in other currencies do not count.

Purchases add the same number of points to both. Growth points determine your level. Available points are your earned points minus rewards already reserved or redeemed. Redeeming a reward does not reduce your growth points or level.

Yes. Your joining year is protected. After that, each full calendar year with no eligible net merchandise spending causes a one-level downgrade on January 1 of the following year, down to Level 01. Any positive eligible spending keeps your level. Refunded or cancelled purchases do not keep you active. All dates use the store timezone.

Your available points stay in your wallet and do not expire under this programme. Your growth points reset to the starting threshold of your new level, so old growth cannot immediately undo a downgrade. Future purchases help you move up again. For example, a Level 03 member drops to Level 02 after a full inactive year; growth resets to 5,000 points while available points are preserved.

A reward must be released, in stock and eligible for your current level. Requesting it reserves one item and immediately deducts its points. Our team arranges delivery with an eligible store order; reward delivery is not automatic and there is no cash checkout on this page. Contact us before redeeming if you need separate shipping. If we cancel an unshipped request, all of its points return to your wallet. Reward images and names describe each drop; unreleased rewards cannot be redeemed.

Returned or cancelled merchandise is removed from its original purchase year. This may change points, annual activity and your level. If already redeemed points exceed your remaining earned points, new points cover the adjustment before another redemption. Unshipped rewards are reviewed before dispatch.

Rewards are chosen with available points. Reaching a higher level lets you redeem rewards with a higher level requirement; it does not automatically reserve or ship a gift. Check each reward for its points cost, minimum level and current availability.
